Your tasks:

• Accompanying with speciality: You support adult people with disabilities, especially with cognitive impairments combined with mental illnesses and challenging behaviors
• Care and structure: You motivate for self-sufficiency, give verbal guidance in basic care, take these occasionally also yourself and answer the award of medicines
• Everyday life and crisis management: You structure the daily routine and accompany clients in acute mental crisis situations
• Documentation: You collect the services you provide carefully and professionally

What you should bring:

• Qualification: A completed 3-year training as a cure nurse or educator (m/w/d)
• Experience and interest: Ideally first practical experience in work with people with disabilities and interest in mental illnesses, double diagnosis and the autism spectrum
• Flexibility: readiness to work in shiftwork and weekends
• Mobility: A driving licence is desirable - but no condition
