To strengthen our team in Holm, we are looking for a deputy market management (m/w/d) in fulltime or part-time (3.5 to 42 hours per week).

Products & Assortment Care: You understand the needs of the customers: You are inspired by high-quality, fresh products, an attractive presentation of goods and a diverse, matching range. Education: You bring a training as a salesman:in or merchant/wife in retail. Leadership: You have first experience as a leader in wholesale or retail in a comparable position, ideally paired with professional experience in food trade or in a similar industry. Interest: You have a pronounced computer affinity and it will give you pleasure to think strategically and conceptually – especially when it comes to key figures and the design of the range. Passion: Trade is in your blood and you have fun dealing with our clientele. Motivation: You are a motivated and motivating personality with a pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of sense of responsibility. Solution orientation: You recognize problems in day-to-day business and come up with creative solutions to fix them.
