Senior Marketing Performance Manager (gn)

As part of our strategy program, we place our marketing more data-driven and digital. As a senior marketing performance manager, you are responsible for online performance – from campaign control to lead generation to analysis. You work closely with the marketing management and our agency partners and drive the transformation in the daily business operationally.

Planning, control and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels: SEA, SEO, Social Ads, Email Marketing, Display Construction and operation of the lead generation tunnel – from the first touchpoint analysis to the qualified handover to the distribution Establishment and development of marketing automation workflows Creation and maintenance of dashboards and KPI reports for performance measurement and optimization Use AI-based tools for scaling content production, segmentation and campaign analysis Operational control of cooperation with the marketing agency and other external service providers Support and development of the website (content, conversion optimization, SEO) Supporting the TelemaxX brand positioning in the B2B environment by data-based measures

Complete degree in marketing, communication, media sciences, BWL or comparable qualification with multi-year professional experience in digital marketing At least 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing / online marketing with demonstrable campaign successes Found practice in controlling SEA, SEO and social ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration Safe handling of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.) and data-based decision-making Safe handling of AI-based tools in everyday work; Ready to use AI methods in campaign control, content creation and analysis Experience in the B2B or technology environment of advantage Sovereign Communication in German (C2) and English (min. B2)
