Start your future in the field of childhood education together with the JAO gGmbH and the IU International University (IU). In dual studies, you combine practical work in the company with courses on two days a week on campus. Interactive teaching materials help you to deepen your knowledge.

We, the JAO gGmbH, are an acknowledged institution of free child and youth assistance as well as the institution of the voluntary social and ecological year in Berlin and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. We operate 24 day nurseries in five districts of Berlin. In several children's, youth and family centres, we offer support for children and their families, complemented by assistance for education. We also combine offers of youth assistance in and with school. In the world of work, we support young people in the career orientation and the improvement of opportunities in the labour market.
