IT Supporter - User Helpdesk / Network / Windows (m/w/d)

You offer telephone support in the User-Helpdesk (1st level support) You analyze problems, eliminate disturbances and support users in technical issues You document the tasks in the ticket system and, if necessary, direct the problem to specialized teammates: You carry out repair and maintenance of hardware & software You take over new installations and migrations of IT solutions and single-place components You monitor and maintain our monitoring system

You have completed technical training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informant:in for system integration, or a comparable qualification and are inspiring for IT You bring at least 1 year of professional experience from an IT service provider industry You have good knowledge of common hardware and software components You have a driver's license of the car class B, which is advantageous You appear friendly, communicative and customer-oriented and have a technical understanding You work motivated, independent and solution-oriented You are team-oriented, reliable and responsible and are desirable to have experiences in the field of Windows Server, Exchange Server and possibly in virtualization solutions such as VMWare and Microsoft HyperV
