In this role, you play a key role in positioning HR as data-driven management partners and developing global standards.

Conception, development and securing a globally uniform HR reporting framework including high data quality Creation of regular and ad‐hoc HR reports and analyses for management, HR leadership and relevant stakeholders Holistic analysis of HR data across the entire Employee Lifecycle to derive trends, insights and action recommendations Development of meaningful data models to support strategic and operational decisions Development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and visualizations as well as close cooperation with HR leadership and international interfaces within the framework of global HR and HRIS initiatives

Completed studies in the field of business, HR, controlling, data analytics, statistics or a comparable qualification First relevant professional experience in the HR-Analytics, Reporting, or Controlling environment Very pronounced analytical skills, high number affinity and the ability to translate data into business-relevant findings Safe handling of Excel and HR systems; ideally experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS projects Structured, hands‐on-impregnated and solution-oriented working methods as well as joy in cross-area and cross-border cooperation
