As a nursing professional, you take care of the entire care process and implement our care concept professionally: Care process control: You plan, coordinate and document the care process (anamnese, individual care planning and adaptation). Treatment care: In close cooperation with therapists and doctors, you carry out medical care and accompany seriously ill people with dignity and empathy. Interface communication: You form the bridge between team, family members and volunteers and accompany transitions (e.g. during hospital stays). Instructions & team management: You are involved in the planning of the service and guides nurses, trainees and volunteers professionally. Quality assurance: Through regular training (e.g. expert standards, palliative care) you ensure the technical level of the institution.

Qualification: You have completed training as a nursing professional, nursing professional, nursing professional:in, health care and nursing professional:in (m/w/d) or comparable. Attractive salary package: In a full-time job you can have an annual salary of approx. € 51.180 to €72.470 – including special payment for the year, supplements for the time and supplements for the shift and children. – Calculation by AVR grouping.
