We are looking for a project planner (m/w/d) for our location in Braunschweig, Hamburg or Uelzen.

independent planning / design of projects in all phases of performance Responsibility for the planning implementation of projects in performance phases 1 to 5 (in terms of quality, time and cost budget) in compliance with planned regulations and guidelines Control and management of the specialist plannersin for a project first contact personin for the client in planning matters Project processing with BIM preparation of performance descriptions, performance directories and quantity determinations; digital and analogue

A successfully completed degree in architecture (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent degree. You have several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) as a project planner*in the housing industry CAD experience Responsible planning and design in all LP Management of the specialist planners (external) of a project sound knowledge of construction processes, design details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards You have general digital skills You have good time and project management skills

Ideally, you can also bring: Revit knowledge You have already completed projects with BIM in the past
