Object manager | Materialworking Building cleaning m/w/d Place of use: Erlangen bei Nürnberg Reference number: 2026-0961 Working time: full time, part-time

Responsibility for ensuring the proper cleaning of buildings, green care, maintenance of outdoor facilities and winter services in the objects to be supervised – from your own office Regular object visits for quality assurance and execution of post-calculations (this includes about 30% of working time) Continuous communication with our customers in matters of infrastructural building Creation and updating of object-related documentation Examination of offers, compilation of calculations as well as adoption of budget responsibility in their own responsibility

Commercial training e.g. as a businessman for office management, industrial businesswoman Professional experience in building cleaning Impressed customer and service orientation and high quality awareness Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
