You program cnc turning centers and create the associated production documents – always focusing on a cycle-time optimized machining of the components Define the optimal manufacturing strategy and ensure an economical implementation of production processes The stand-alone cnc-controlled long and short lathes (including index, spinner, start, Wivia, Esco) belongs to your everyday life as well as the patterning of new parts for series production, incl. EMPB components Dealing with a wide range of measuring instruments for quality assurance is not a problem for you Even in case of malfunctions, you take over the analysis and elimination of fault causes independently Last but not least, you support the department around reaching the relevant key figures (OEE, OTD, Utilization)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Insufficient professional practice in the programming of CNC lathes and lathes as well as in the controls Fanuc 30i-B; 32i-B and Siemens 840D-SL Experience in programming with CAM systems Good knowledge of German in word and writing The right mix of initiative and team spirit High level of autonomy, punctuality, reliability and commitment
