Solution Architect - Customer Data Salesforce (m/f/d)

Strategic data architecture: You unleash end-to-end data architecture based on the Salesforce Data Cloud. You define how data flow, harmonize and what impact You have on the entire Customer 360 Vision. Solution Design & Governance: You identify critical aspects of data integration and develop sustainable concepts for Identity Resolution, Data Modeling and Consent Management, taking into account global governance standards. Quality Assistant & Mentoring: You accompany our Data Cloud Engineers in the operational project business, control the technical implementation and make sure that the solutions meet the highest quality standards through reviews. Interface consulting: You moderate between business stakeholders and IT. You translate marketing and sales goals into technical requirements and advise customers on the strategic roadmap of their data strategy. Innovation & Presales: You evaluate new Salesforce features and trends (e.g. Unstructured Data, Zero Copy Integration). You support our sales in the Presales phase through architectural blueprints and well-founded cost estimates.

DEIN PROFIL Seniority in the data environment: You have several years of experience as an architect or senior consultant in complex data projects such as CDP, Data Warehouse, Data Lake. Training & qualification: You have successfully completed a study or training in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable technical qualification. Data Cloud & Technology Expert: You know the Salesforce Data Cloud in detail and bring deep technical understanding of data integration, transformation, Calculated Insights, segmentation and activation, and their integration into the Salesforce Platform. You are safe in handling SQL, data modeling and integration architectures (APIs, ETL/ELT). Architecture methodology: You can visualize and document complex data flows and system landscapes. You have an understanding of data ethics and the requirements of the GDPR. Leadership Skills: You are happy to share knowledge, guide engineers professionally and set the standards in our projects as a technical model. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Language: Very good German and good English skills allow you to communicate safely in the technical and professional context.
