Your duties

• Stand-alone setup and operation of CNC-controlled rotary and grinding machines
• Continuous monitoring of ongoing manufacturing processes Ensuring efficiency
• implementation of measurement corrections and adaptation of the Machine parameters for deviations
• Testing of the finished workpieces for compliance with the required Tolerances by means of common measuring means
• Careful documentation of measurement results and quality data in Protocols
• taking optical quality controls (sight test) to the Components
• Maintenance, maintenance and verification of the measuring tools used

Our requirements

• Completed training in the field of CNC turning e.g. as a machining mechanic or a comparable qualification
• Finded knowledge in setting up and operating CNC turning and Grinding machines
• Expertise in the control programs Fanuc and Siemens desirable
• Ready to work in 3 layers
• Practical and craftsmanship
• Reliable and independent operation
