Caretaker (m/f/d)

As part of the transfer of employees, we are looking for a full-time position for our customers, the Landkreis Gießen, at the next possible time in the FD Migration to support the operation of common-sector accommodation.

M/W/D)

for 18 months.

The area of responsibility includes:

• Ensuring the operation of refugee accommodation
• Recording of assigned persons in Community accommodation
• Handling of material (original equipment: bed linen, dishes, etc.)
• Consumption and return of bails
• Instruction in the use habits
• Creation of room, letterbox labels and cleaning plans
• Postal distribution (Monday to Saturday)
• Monitoring of housekeeping and cleaning plans
• Storage and material ordering
• Cleaning and completion of unused rooms
• Room controls
• repairs and accompaniment of craftsmen
• lawn mowing

• completed vocational training of any recognised occupation

• Team skills
• Load capacity
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• willingness to work at unusual times (outside the usual working hours, e.g. evening/weekend) and with regard to the site of use
• Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry a vehicle

The place is rated by 6 TVöD.

The bodies are in principle divisible; in the case of a division, it must be ensured that the functional point is fully occupied.
