Participation in training fairs and building and care of school contacts Conducting interviews Creation of training contracts and registration on vocational schools and on-the-job training centres Ensure a successful pre- and onboarding experiment Support for trainees including regular feedback talks (including professional schools, over-company training centres and trainers) Coordination of training plans, in particular practical phases Organization of Azubi events Examination and preparation of the takeover Strategic training planning and optimization and implementation of processes

Multiannual experience in the field of tasks successfully completed studies in the field of human resources management/economic psychology or completed commercial training; also a craftsman's degree with several years of professional experience, also as a master:in (m/w/d) / Polier:in (m/w/d) Completed training examination (AEVO) Knowledge in the Vocational Training Act and in the Youth Employment Protection Act Embossed communication and organisational skills Creativity and innovation joy in developing our training concept Good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office applications Germany-wide readiness and driving licence empathy, enforcing and a high degree of sense of responsibility
