You are responsible for the professional and organizational management of our HLS area with focus on heat pumps You control several project managers as well as the associated technicians and specialist workers with a clear focus on quality, dates and cost-effectiveness You develop strategically and operationally and create scalable, resilient structures You take over the prioritization and the capacity and deployment planning of your teams As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with internal specialist departments, planning, purchasing and maintenance and service department You ensure the quality of planning documents and accompany the projects from implementation to successful transfer to operation

Ingenieur/Master/Bachelor/Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) in der Gewerken Heiz/Sanitär und/or Multiannual Professional Experience in the above-described task area High affinity for heating technology renewable energies Knowledge of relevant technical regulations such as DIN or GEG Computer knowledge with MS Office mandatory Experience with SAP desirable, however, can also be taught in the incorporation phase by trained and experienced staff
