As an expert team for AI and application case factory, we bring KI to the DRV Bund and support all specialist departments as a contact partner*in with our support and consulting offer. In a steadily growing interdisciplinary team, we deliver new solutions with the help of AI technologies and thus provide pioneering work for the numerous challenges a federal authority has with more than 26,000 employees.

Identify, design and coordinate AI applications Structure, analyze and visualize digitization processes Identify, evaluate and monitor project risks in the AI context Ensure the establishment of project standards and strategies and ongoing monitoring of active AI projects Stakeholder management including creating status reports, maintaining relationships with project participants, etc. Integration, promotion and measurement of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) in project management and project teams Configuring communication and change management for the use of AI technologies Research on current developments and trends in the field of AI and targeted introduction of knowledge in the team and the organization

Completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) or equivalent qualification, preferably with (information) technical or (volks) economic or quantitative emphasis First experience in business process management or requirement management in the context of Data Analytics Theoretical or practical knowledge in the context of machine learning and generative AI with Ideally, first professional experience in preparing and implementing change management measures It is easy for you to communicate complex concepts and technologies in a address-oriented manner Enthusiasm for Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Business Process Automation, in particular in the context of the public sector (GovTech) Sovereigns and professional appearance as well as experience in dealing with agile working methods and common project management tools (Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira etc.) complete their profile The activity requires very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
