Working Student Employer Branding (m/f/d)

A varied working day awaits you: you will get insights into online and offline campaigns, social media, content creation as well as event and participant management. You work with different colleagues: together, get to know new perspectives – and see what your work does. You actively work with our internal and external employer-branding and personal marketing measures and visualize our employer image. You use our personal marketing on social media – with content ideas, implementation and a sense for our employer brand. You’re researching Employer-Branding trends, target groups and matching formats and channels and bringing fresh impulses to the team. You support us in the planning and organisation of career events and trade fair appearances. You are involved in the design and further development of our career side and introduce your own ideas. You support topics related to training and young talent and the design and implementation of appropriate marketing measures.

You study business, economics, economic psychology, communications or media sciences or a comparable degree course focusing on human resources or marketing. As a team player, you can get active and connect well with others. You are characterized by creativity and commitment, because you bring your own ideas and develop them further. You are good at organizing you and others and have a safe way to deal with social media. Maybe you've already gained practical experience that matches our range of tasks. It is possible for you to work for us 16-20 hours a week.

In order for your job to fit your studies, we set your working days flexibly according to your schedule. You can also do some of your work from home. For your support you will receive an hourly wage of €16 gross. In the lecture-free period, you can increase your work to up to 40 hours/week.
