We are looking for dedicated sales staff MRP to support our branch. Your focus is on the distribution and expansion of existing customer relationships. You also know how to recruit applicants and how to work in customer operations because you can recognize strengths and use them in a targeted manner.

You represent us on the market: At the heart of your role you acquire new customers and care for valuable customer contacts Customer support: You accompany the entire sales process – from initial contact to successful completion Customer advice: As the first contact person of our commercial customers, you will reliably advise them, understand their challenges and offer them tailor-made personal concepts Recruitment and Disposition: You are in the lead from recognizing staff needs to operational planning

Experiences: Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience as a staff component, sales agent, personnel consultant, onsite manager or comparable experience in sales, especially in customer acquisitions with German knowledge on C1 level: You communicate safely and accurately in word and writing and can easily adjust to any conversation situation Driving license class B: You are mobile and flexible to use, also for cross-site applications or customer appointments on site Communication capability: You like to be in touch with customers, colleagues and employees Empathy: You always have an open ear for your employees and understand to motivate them
