Commercial Project Manager - Contract Management / Risk Management / Energy Technology (m/w/d)

You trade as CFO of the project You develop commercial concepts in the supply and settlement phase in close coordination with the relevant staff bodies, in particular with legal, procurement and finance You update, convert and care the commercial execution plan You support the Lessons Learned Process in terms of contract, profitability and liquidity You define KPIs and ensure the implementation, monitoring and compliance of commercial project objectives You are constantly managing and opting for contract and follow-up management You secure the timely accounting and the collection to the customer You ensure continuous chance and risk management You conduct negotiations on contractual, timely and performance-related deviations from the SOLL You involve experts and competent departments in commercial and legal matters You regularly report on project status to the management and inform about margin development, risk assessment, liquidity development etc.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience as Commercial Project Manager (m/w/d) in plant engineering for projects over 100 million euros You have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex legal and/or financial matters You have a successful degree in economic engineering or economics Your recognised project management certification (PMI, IPMA or the like) is beneficial You are very safe in handling MS Office as well as project management tools (co-calculation, budget planning, project status report etc.) Your knowledge of German and English is reliable You have a high communication and team capability, even in complex matrix organisations You are ready to travel abroad (about 25%) You bring a hand-on mentality and pioneering spirit
