Paralegal - Law Firm / Civil Law (m/f/d)

You support our lawyers:in the organisational and administrative processing of the current mandates You lead the correspondence with Mandant:inside, courts, authorities, insurance companies and other parties to proceedings You coordinate appointments, monitor deadlines and replenishments and ensure that important processes are reliably maintained You process the inbox and exit and take over the structured management and maintenance of the mandate files You create and edit fonts and other documents by default and assist in preparing the Prosecutor's correspondence You take over the billing of legal activities under the law of attorney (RVG) and process cost matters Depending on your experience, you will assist in the processing of dunning and enforcement procedures and in the processing of claims You are at our client's disposal: both as a friendly and reliable contact person and contribute to a smooth running of the everyday office You will get insights into a wide range of legal mandates – including working, family, inheritance, real estate, rental, medical, economic and general civil law

You have successfully completed a training as a lawyer:r or lawyer and notary:r (m/w/d). Ideally, you already bring first professional experience from a firm and are familiar with the typical workflows. An independent, structured and absolutely conscientious way of working is yours, keeping your dates and deadlines in mind. You are ideally familiar with a firm software like RA-MICRO or bring the necessary IT affinity to work quickly. Thanks to your communication strength and professional appearance, you are a sympathetic contact person for client: both have a reliable knowledge of German.
