The AWO Heidenheim is now looking for a Additional Care Force (§43b SGB XI) (m/w/d) in parttime up to 75% to support our team at the Dischingen Old Center.

*What does §43b SGB XI mean?***

According to §43b of the Social Code XI (SGB XI), residents of nursing facilities are entitled to additional care and activation measures which go beyond pure basic care. As a care force, you play a central role in this area by spending time with the residents, motivating them to activities and taking into account their individual needs.

Your responsibilities**

• Motivating the residents to everyday activities
• Support of group and individual care
• Contact care through talks and support in concerns
• to provide security, orientation and dismantling of fears through presence
• Implementation of simple nursing assistance during care

• Positive attitude to work with people in need of care
• Social competence, empathy and communication skills
• Team skills, creativity and flexibility
• Participation in the training measure and annual training
