Skilled worker in active component assembly in the field of large transformers (m/f/d)

For our production site in Bad Honnef we are looking for you as a specialist active part assembly (m/w/d). Large power, industrial and phase shift transformers for the energy transition are produced at the site. You bring energy to where it is needed – in charging pillars for electric vehicles, cities, hospitals, companies and many more. You mount the various components of the active part (cores, coils, connections, insulation) using technical drawings in 2D and 3D You can use electrical wires and create electrical connections (line cross-sections of 35 – 800 square) You tension and press the construction and windings according to technical specifications You are testing and serving our production facilities, e.g. Hydraulic presses and Krimp devices up to 700 bar You serve our crane systems (up to 300 t), trucks, industrial vehicles and work platforms You carry out quality checks and document them using test documents

You have successfully completed your specialist training in a craft occupation, ideally in the field of electronics for industrial engineering You are familiar with the work with technical drawings You are team-ready, work precise and have a high level of work safety and quality awareness You are used to work in the shift service or are ready for this (3-shift system) An embodiment for operating cranes, rams and lifting work platforms is advantageous Work in height is no problem for you
