Strategic clock generator: You consistently implement corporate goals, identify market opportunities and actively promote the further development of your area. Sales personality: From the acquisition to the conclusion of the contract – you win projects, build sustainable customer relationships and successfully position us in the market. Project manager: With your team, you control challenging construction projects throughout the entire life cycle and ensure quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness. Leader & Coach: You develop your team professionally and personally, create orientation and promote a powerful, motivating collaboration. Networker & Representative: You represent our company confidently to customers, partners and authorities and continuously expand your network.

Your profile – guidance with substance You combine technical know-how with entrepreneurial thinking and real leadership: Bauprofi: Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification with well-founded professional experience. Experienced leadership: multiannual experience in project and construction management as well as in a comparable management function with personnel responsibility. Industry experts: Funded knowledge of VOB and experience with modern construction processes such as BIM or Lean Construction. Entrepreneurial thinker: You recognize opportunities and risks early and make informed, responsible decisions. Strong communication: You convince by safe occurrence, negotiation skills and the ability to inspire people. Stratege & Translator: You think, act structured and consistently bring topics to completion.
