Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for organizing and conducting trade fairs, career days and school cooperation. You take the holistic care of our trainees, including the creation of training plans, audit management and the organisation of meetings and events. You are responsible for the care and coordination of our interns. You carry out tasks of general personnel administration, including certification, documentation and data management, as well as representation of various personnel documents. You support recruiting, applicant management, occupational health management and onboarding and offboarding processes. You actively participate in projects and accompany certification processes.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel. You can present at least three years of professional experience in personnel management. You control the safe handling of the current MS Office programs. You are characterized by team spirit, organisational skill and reliability and bring a high degree of self-responsibility. .
