Construction Manager Earthworks and Renovation Construction (m/w/d)

In this position you take responsibility for versatile projects - from land development to modern civil engineering and rehabilitation measures. Independently responsible handling of construction projects in civil engineering – from planning to realization Management and deployment planning of the construction site team Negotiations with contracting entities, subcontractors and suppliers Control of appointments, costs and quality as well as ensuring VOB-compliant settlement Responsibility for a smooth project organization and documentation

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. geotechnology, environmental engineering, industrial engineering) First to multiannual experience in construction, ideally in civil engineering or in adjacent areas Knowledge of construction contract law and VOB Very good knowledge of German at least C1 level Organizational talent, enforcement strength and joy in team leadership Structured, independent operation and high operational readiness Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of CAD or iTWO are advantageous
