Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the medical controlling team Strategic orientation of the medical controller taking into account current legal and regulatory requirements Control, development and optimization of coding, documentation and accounting processes Ensuring high-quality medical documentation in close cooperation with clinical departments Responsibility for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of MD test procedures and the continuous development of MD management Advice and support of management in all matters of medical control Creation of regular analyses, key figures and management reports Close cooperation with medical service, care, patient management and other interface areas

Complete study of human medicine Multiannual professional experience in the medical controlling of a hospital Knowledge of the DRG system and the relevant legal framework leadership experience as well as the ability to guide employees motivating and target-oriented Impressed communication strength, enforcement ability and a value-adding leadership culture Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a high level of responsibility Knowledge of SAP and M-KIS patient management are desirable
