Operating purchasing of production material for product groups, printed circuit boards, assembled cables, custom metal/plastic parts and connecting elements Conversion of order requirements by triggering orders to suppliers as well as processing/processing of order confirmations (EDI/RSN, AB-Programme) incoming delivery Timekeeping, monitoring and compliance with delivery reliability (metric number monitoring/definition and follow-up of measures initiated) Analysis of existing procedures for identifying bottlenecks and eliminating manual steps, and participation in the implementation and development of AI-based tools Collecting, comparing and negotiating offers in the framework of predefined conditions Completion of framework agreements with suppliers and participation in supplier assessments Participation in the settlement of complaints as well as, if necessary, Replacement purchase Separation of invoice differences as well as general correspondence and participation in the outgoing and incoming control of components

You have a commercial or technical training as well as several years of professional experience in purchasing You bring knowledge of English in word and writing with Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of SAP R/3 Independent, efficient operation and good self-organisation Market and industry knowledge: knowledge of relevant products, materials and supply markets You convince with enforcement and negotiation skills Good communication and team skills complete their profile
