In our loving Kita Krönchen in the heart of Dortmund Downtown-Ost we create a colourful and lively world every day for about 60 children aged a few months to the sixth year of life. Be part of our dedicated team and accompany the youngest with heart and mind on their way to an exciting future! As a pedagogical specialist, you support the individual development of the children with expertise and empathy and contribute to the planning, design and implementation of the daily education and care work. You go to the curiosity of the children and together with the team create educationally valuable test and discovery spaces. Through an emotionally stable and reliable relationship, you give children orientation, security and support. You actively participate in the observation and documentation of child development processes. In regular conversations, you inform and advise the parents about their child's state of development. You pay attention to the conscientious implementation of child protection and care protection.
