Our division ''Charging Services & Functions'' of the RD (Research and Development) is responsible for the development of innovative charging functions for our electric vehicles with a strong focus on the best customer experience. Our project team provides relevant information about customer needs in a tailor-made manner. In this context, we currently offer two work-studierende activities (with frontend and backend focus) in the field of customer research, software development, machine learning and data science. These challenges include: Further development of LLM pipelines of an existing customer research system with customer feedback data Analysis and combination of multiple data sources for deriving customer insights Frontend development (including React, Nextjs, Tailwind CSS) to visualize customer insights for product development Backend Development (including Azure, Docker, SQL) to integrate the results into the existing Customer Research System Use of Agentic AI to further develop the Customer Research System
