Employee Operating Cost Management (m/f/d)

Accounting: You create and check the timely operating and heating cost accounting (cost control, plausibility check), archive billing documents and make decisions to reimburse costs Editing: You check, configure and book all cost-related invoices, control and value house maintenance lists at the counter readings (water, electricity, district heating, gas), develop pre-use envelopes and releases and maintain master data Communication: You prepare tenant letters for shipping, take care of rent requests and claims for billing and act as an interface to heat measurement services for consumption-dependent billing of heating and water costs
