Supporting SFCs for all questions, requests for change or incidents regarding the SAP system and its processes and providing a solution with the highest possible service level Analysis of technical/processual requirements in cooperation with the specialist departments SFCs (TFS/KINTO) in particular with the aspect of S/4 migration Support SFCs (TFS/KINTO) for module and integration tests as well as for the acceptance of SAP applications to be implemented Creating feasibility studies, concepts and cost estimates of solutions for the requirements of the specialist departments (TFS/KINTO) incl. Documentation Proactive analysis of processes and problems as well as development and implementation of solutions Participation in compliance with IT security requirements and necessary changes to these policies in cooperation with the EAR IT & SAP Team Preparation and implementation of SAP user training Ensure knowledge transfer within the SAP CoE team in relation to the S/4 innovations and changes Providing know-how in the planning and development of new SAP projects and systems in coordination with EAR-IT, the SAP team and the SAP team leader Participation in reviewing the performance of external providers in relation to requirements, SLAs and agreed costs in coordination with the SAP team leader

Complete studies in IT (informatics or business informatics) or comparable qualification Min. 5 years of experience with SAP FI/CO and experience in project management Experience in SAP FI/CO Process Development in SAP S/4, ideally in the banking/financial services environment or in a captive bank Funded SAP CPI knowledge Knowledge of Compliance, GDPR and MaRisk Experience with IT security concepts International orientation and knowledge transfer Flowing German and English skills Outstanding analytical skills, creativity and excellent communication skills High service orientation and ability to work effectively in international teams
