Be you. In the Dual-Brand Hotel „Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel“ two premium brands join an employer! You are an experienced leader with a strong sense of organization, quality and team leadership? Then take responsibility as Chief Steward (m/w/d) – design standards, develop your team and ensure smooth running behind the scenes. Two brands – endless possibilities! Your main tasks include: You take the overall responsibility for the Stewarding Department and run an international team with commitment, clarity and role model function You make sure that all cleaning, hygiene and safety standards are complied with and continually improved in all kitchen, storage and service areas. You coordinate material delivery and smooth running for all six R&B outlets and banquet events You are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of inventory as well as control of stocks and resources You will set up regular reports on key figures, inventory, material consumption and department performance, and then conduct optimization measures You work closely with the Departments Kitchen, Purchasing and R&B Management to optimize processes and control costs You continuously train and develop your team – focusing on quality, efficiency and sustainability You are a contact person for technical issues in the stewarding sector and is responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of all machines and equipment

Be distract. Complete training in the area of hotel and gastronomy, ideally with continuing training in the field of business or hotel management Multiannual professional experience in a comparable leadership position in stewarding or kitchen area Embossed leadership qualities, organizational talent and hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of HACCP, working safety and cleaning standards Safe handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge in internal goods management systems You like to work with people and analyze numbers, speak German and English fluent and are flexible as well as ready for use.
