for the Interdisciplinary Early Consultation Centre Hermann-Schafft-Schule Homberg. A permanent Part-time job with a 75 % job share.

Your tasks:

• Promotion of children with hearing impairment and promotion of hearing children hearing-damaged parents in the family or in the regular kindergarten to School entrance
• Advising parents and other references and institutions
• Interdisciplinary coordination of a funding concept
• Cooperation with the children's day facilities: Advising the educators and educators for everyday teaching with the audible child in the group and concrete funding opportunities and the creation of good listening and Language conditions
• Implementation of family-oriented group offers

Requirements profile:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Professional experience with children with hearing impairment and early promotion desired
• Knowledge of the German sign language (DGS) or Willingness to acquire
• Expertise and consulting skills
• High level of sensitivity and flexibility as well as the ability to Self-reflection
• independent work and team work
• Use of the private car for services is a prerequisite
• Area of application is essentially the area of the county Hersfeld-Rotenburg and adjacent counties

The Hermann-Schafft-Schule is a supraregional special education Consultation and funding center with the main focus on hearing and seeing. The catchment area is North and East Hesse.
