Your role in us As a specialist company Life Insurance (m/w/d) you are the central contact person for concerns about contracts of private pension provision. You process customer requests independently, service-oriented and case-closing – both in writing and by phone.

You do not work in classical hierarchies, but in a self-organized team without team leadership.

Completion of customer requests concerning contracts of private pension provision Service-oriented communication with customers – telephone and written Own processing of contracts in the field of life insurance Ensuring the agreed service-level agreements Close cooperation within a fixed project team Active cooperation in the further development of processes and processes Cooperation with our insurance partners

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Joy of communication and customer contact A strong service understanding and customer orientation Structured and independent operation Loadability and reliability – even in dynamic phases
