The Mara Hospital is a specialist hospital for inclusive medicine and epileptology in Bielefeld and is one of the v. Bodelschwingh Foundations Bethel. It works closely in conjunction with the second Betheler Hospital in Bielefeld, the Evangelical Clinic Bethel (EvKB) - a house of maximum care and is like the EvKB part of the University Hospital OWL of Bielefeld University. The Mara Hospital carries a total of 177 beds and treats around 7,600 stationary patients a year. It is the largest facility for treating epilepsy in Germany. Patients from Europe-wide catchment area come here. In the University Hospital for Including Medicine, people with intellectual impairment are treated medically. In the Epilepsy Center of the University Hospital for Epileptology in the Hospital Mara, we are looking for a PFLEGEFACHKRAFT (m/w/d) in full or part-time (70-100%).

REQUIREMENTS

• You take care of a group of young adults with epilepsy and deal with the social issues involved.
• They conduct individual consultations and take over the reference care.
• They advise and support those affected in the management of illness and social and professional issues.
• They accompany the affected persons during seizures and provide support in crisis situations.
• You perform administrative tasks such as documentation, weekly planning, preparation of blood withdrawals and provision of medications.

PROFIL

• You have completed training as a nurse (m/w/d).
• They bring the willingness to work with young adults.
• They are characterized by team skills and sense of responsibility and are open to others.
• They are flexible and have organizational skills.
• They also keep an overview in difficult situations, act independently and carefully.
