Commercial management (m/f/d)

Responsible management of finance, controlling, personnel and administration Building and developing a powerful management team Participation in the creation of monthly and annual accounts, reporting and forecasts Responsibility for optimising and implementing accounting and controlling processes at the locations Analysis and optimization of internal processes to increase efficiency and transparency Direct reporting to management, close cooperation with site management and external partners Support for digitalisation and automation projects in the commercial sector Creation of evaluations, presentations and decision templates for corporate management

Completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in a medium-sized or social enterprise Secure handling of numbers, data and digital tools (e.g. Excel, Datev, ERP systems) Analytical thinking, high self-initiative and structured, solution-oriented working Joy of cross-departmental cooperation and strong communication strength Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to improvements
