Your mission as Revenue Growth Manager is to take a strategic interface function across all departments – with a clear focus on aligning all areas of the company with a holistic turnover and, ultimately, yield-oriented approach. Tasks Development of a consistent pricing strategy – both globally and locally – across the entire product portfolio and all relevant sales channels Creation of price elasticity models to better assess the readiness of our consumers Identification of potentials for price adjustments taking into account price elasticities and psychological price thresholds Development of optimal product variants and packaging sizes at the right price – tailored to regional markets and different distribution channels Definition of the best portfolio mix at country and customer level with an increased overall profitability Further development of our channel mix analyses for more targeted addressing of different target groups with tailor-made offers Management of promotions and ensuring their effectiveness by means of ROI analyses – with the aim of putting investment in an optimal ratio to turnover and market share Establishing effective compliance management in close cooperation with sales – with a focus on a balanced relationship between the conditions granted and the benefits received Continuous market observation with regard to competition’s pricing, packaging and promotion strategies – and evaluation of their impact on our portfolio Support as an expert:in to build a convincing Selling Story to the customer and support the implementation of all RGM potentials. Completed studies of business, financial sciences or a comparable degree programme At least 5 years of professional experience in the FMCG industry or in a strategy consultancy Outstanding financial understanding, in particular with regard to P&L analyses and financial modelling – combined with analytical pragmatism Finded knowledge of RGM analysis methods such as: Price elasticities Advertising Effect Analysis (ROI) Cannibalization analyses
Ability to analyse complex data, filter out key findings and in: management tools Convincing Storylines Clear, implementable action plans to translate
