What you do with us:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership and promotion and development of employees in the field of construction
• Optimization and innovative development of the processes and processes in the design
• Construction of tools including assemblies and individual parts
• Create and customize individual part drawings and assembly drawings
• Dissipation of production drawings
• Creating project documentation, e.g. risk analysis, technical documentary
• Support for sales in customer projects related to technical issues
• Working with interdisciplinary projects
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process
• Lead the KPI and the daily shopfloor management in the field of construction and reporting to the factory management

What you should bring:

• Complete studies in mechanical engineering, training as technicians with additional qualification or comparable
• Multiannual professional experience in the automotive environment
• Knowledge of tool construction, construction and VISI CAD/CAM
• Target-oriented, high-speed leadership with a competent and specific occurrence and a pronounced problem-solving skill
• Open and communicative personality
• Good English knowledge in word and writing
