International Sales – Facility Management In this central role in international sales, you are responsible for the commercial management and contractual design of complex tenders in facility management. You act as a commercial lead and are responsible for developing a resilient, profitable business case from different local calculations and transferring it to both convincing customer offers and negotiateable contract works.

Commercial responsibility for Tenders in the international environment Analysis and validation of calculations and calculation approaches Consolidation of multiple country calculations to an integrated business case (APL) taking into account margin requirements Transfer of the business case to customer-specific commercial offering formats Translation of commercial content into contractual structures and formulations Ensure that commercial requirements are contractually identifiable, implementable and negotiable

Multiannual experience in costing, commercial, controlling, bid management or contract management, ideally in facility management Strong understanding of costing logic Experience in creating and evaluating complex business cases Language knowledge in German and English High structuring and organizational capability Analytical, precise and solution-oriented work
