Supporting the entire team in classic office management and assistance tasks, including “day business”: Self-employed office organization (e.g. order management, performance accounting, client and team correspondence, time-limit monitoring etc.) Creation, preparation and correction of presentations, quotations or reporting Quality assurance of documents (presentations, tenders, offers, reports, etc.) and assistance with client or employee events

A commercial training, alternatively a completed (Bachelor) study. (First) Professional experience in the field of assistance – like in a comparable company – is a plus. Organizational and communication talent and a lot of team spirit – you will be happy to take care of your team with commitment. Quickly changing requirements do not scare you, but spore on you. The right attitude: You like to think beyond the edge of the plate, bring your own initiative and a very structured way of working and are open to new things (e.g. new IT tools, changing tasks). Routinized handling of all common MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
