Werkstudent Facility Management (m/w/d) Your role in us An interference message goes on. A broken door in a branch. A technical problem in a residential complex. A water damage that requires quick decisions. And now? You take the coordination. You analyze the situation, bring structure into the process and make clear solutions.

Coordination of technical and infrastructure facility management services Processing of fault messages and repair and maintenance orders Contact person for clients, tenants and partner companies Control of external service providers Documentation of ongoing orders and ensuring transparent procedures Examination of incoming and outgoing invoices and an overview of costs and services
