Successfully completed studies of economics, computer science, (economic) mathematics or a comparable course of study. Multiannual experience in risk controlling or in interface areas (e.g. general banking control, IT risk controlling) as well as knowledge in modern data and specialist architectures and/or in project planning and budget processes. Ability to present complex issues in an address-oriented and comprehensible manner from the subject to management; strong communication, planning and coordination capability as well as high networking readiness across the bank. Enthusiasm for digital processes, customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced process understanding and strategic vision. Structured, independent and solution-oriented working, combined with persuasive power, decision-making, high performance and reliability.
