Your step into self-employment: Reasons after successful application of your own GmbH and take over the operational management of a B&B hotel. The success lies in your hands: profit from an attractive commission based on your net sales. Yielding and local sales means you are looking for high utilization and sales. No time for boredom: You are responsible for the daily operating business, quality assurance, guest and team satisfaction, maintenance, goods management and implementation of the standards. Create your own team: recruit and lead your own team and create a motivating working environment. Growing in partnership: For our joint success we are always working on improvements to strengthen the hotels, our partnership and the brand. As a hotelier, you will ensure the implementation of the SOPs and implement new measures. Inspire your team and your guests with your individual way as a host*in and fill your hotel with life! We are at your side!Working with the Head Office: We take care of your work and then keep your back free by task sharing and help. B&B as a strong brand: Benefit from our member program and client base, a community of over 150 hoteliers and the worldwide network of B&B hotels. We also make your hotel your home: To ensure that you are always on site as a contact person for emergencies, we will provide you with a free apartment with kitchen and bathroom in your hotel.

Industry experience: You have operational and/or administrative experience in hospitality. Team leadership: You already have (first) leadership experience. Entrepreneurial thinking: You are ready to start and lead your own business and acquire the necessary knowledge for it. Passion and commitment: You enthuse your team and your guests and live the five values of B&B. With us on the side you lead your hotel to success. Guest orientation: You attach importance to a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. You do not shy conflicts and problems, but find dedicated solutions. Language skills: We require very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing (min. C2 with proof).
