Team Leader ZFA (m/f/d)

You take the lead from highly motivated colleagues. In the role of the 'Team Management ZFA', you take on a varied and responsible role in the treatment assistance, supported by our diverse range of treatments and the possibility to carry a lot of self-responsibility. You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the treatment and use our detailed quality management for smooth processes. With us, you independently produce X-rays and intraoral scans and work with the most modern devices and materials, including wall x-ray devices in all treatment rooms. You independently coordinate dates, document the services in the patient management system (Charly) and use the digital mode of operation to simplify the treatment data. Your expertise is actively involved in the design of our innovative practice concept while you have the opportunity to take over additional areas of responsibility such as material and shopping management. To optimize workflows, take care of time management, guide the team with empathy and responsibility and promote open, transparent communication in the team.

You have a completed training as a dental medical specialist:r (ZFA). You have gained first leadership experience, enjoy professional and collegial exchange and actively contribute to teamwork. You are characterized by professionalism in assistance and treatment. You are interested in continuing and continuing training and strive for a continuous personal development. You have fun in your profession and in dealing with people and rely on service orientation and cordiality in contact with patients. You show commitment and responsibility and take responsibility for your tasks and patient satisfaction.
