You lead the newly created subject area of integration aid children with the following priorities: Management, control and further development of an interdisciplinary subject area Decision on policy issues and optimisation of processes and structures Perception of personnel, organisational and budget responsibility Examination, decision and advice on the person-centred entitlement to benefit Coordination of participation planning in the rehabilitation process Transactional network work internally and externally Participation in the implementation of the concept of assistance from a single source in connection with the provision of services for children and young people according to SGB VIII and SGB IX as well as developments in the field of youth & family as a whole Ensuring the protection of children under the given jurisdiction

Bachelor of Arts Social work, social science, social science, social economy or public management or comparable studies with relevant experience in the social economy A modern, agile leadership with courage to change and develop Extensive sense of responsibility and independent and solution-oriented functioning Communication strength, keenness and openness for new perspectives knowledge of social legislation, including regulations, as well as in social assistance law
