TÜV Rheinland Akademie GmbH is part of TÜV People & Business Assurance. For the introduction of a new training management system, we are looking for you to strengthen the project team. You report to the Business Project Management in your role. You have fun in configuring the future of our own training area and opting for our internal processes and actively shaping the change process in the organization. The takeover of the responsible technical support for the new training management system will be your responsibility in the next project and after implementation, and you will increasingly take over all tasks of a product owner.

As a project manager*in (w/m/d) with focus on IT projects, you are responsible for managing individual work pacts within the project from planning to completion. You prepare decision-making templates and communicate with international stakeholders in German and English. In your role, you work closely with our disciplines and take up the requirements within the framework of workshops and document and analyze them. You translate the requirements into User Stories taking into account testable acceptance criteria. Project meetings are organized, moderated and logged by you. You are responsible for developing and implementing a training concept for roll-out.

You have a university degree with the Department of Business Informatics, BWL or comparable Insufficient experience in project management with classic and agile project management methods Knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Confluence Experience with process modeling and high IT affinity You are strong in communication with internal and external project members German and English knowledge in word and writing
