The Star Finanz is one of the leading providers of digital banking solutions in Germany. For our Team People, Culture & Places we are looking for a:n Facility Manager:in, who is responsible for our building management organizationally, controls processes and drives sustainable solutions.

Operational Facility Management Ensuring the smooth operation of buildings and the technical infrastructure Organisation, coordination and documentation of maintenance, testing and maintenance Administration of access and closing systems, fleet management (including pool vehicles) and other FM services Project work & service provider control Planning, control and controlling of FM projects (reconstructions, modernizations, workplace design) Concept development for modern working environments (New Work) incl. Furnishing, zoning, acoustics, light and technology Call for tender, selection and professional control of external service providers (cleaning, security, home technology) Quality assurance, budget monitoring and further development of sustainable FM processes Event coordination Planning, preparation and organisational support of internal events (team events, workshops, conferences) Coordination with internal stakeholders & external partners Ensuring technical and spatial conditions

Basic technical understanding and sound experience in organizational facility management Complete technical or craft training or commercial qualification with FM reference Experience in project coordination and service provider control Knowledge of Workplace Design / Interior Design (required) Embossed organizational talent and joy in event coordination Self-employed, structured working and high sense of responsibility Ability to quickly capture technical relationships and develop pragmatic solutions Enthusiasm for sustainability & energy-efficient building management
