In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the digital future of procurement and travel costs processes at the University of Hamburg (UHH). With your team, you will accompany the technological change of generation from SAP MM/SRM to SAP S/4HANA Central Procurement and ARIBA and ensure the stable continuation of the SAP FI-TV inventory module. Their aim is to provide seamless process chains and to create a high-valid data base for a sound purchasing and travel cost control by using modern donation analysis tools. As a team management, you can perform the following tasks: a specialist team, which translates the requirements of an excellent scientific establishment in purchasing and service travel processes into reliable, technological solutions, guide and develop technical and disciplinary the strategic migration of SAP MM/SRM towards SAP S/4HANA in cooperation with external partners: actively support the University of Hamburg and ensure that the technical solutions accurately reflect our university processes support the planning, testing phase and introduction of future system releases and new functionalities of the SAP modules and ensure a smooth transition to the productive specialist business with the team responsible for qualified key-user support as well as organising and continuously developing science-related training programs (webinars, online tutorials, hand achievements, etc.) End-to-End Processes (Source-to-Pay & Travel-to-Reimburse) analyze and process-optimized, possibly also outside the SAP systems, into efficient, automated (system) processes develop, implement and provide a consistent, high-quality data base that acts as the basis for the central purchasing and travel cost control; the position of the team as a reliable:r,internal:r Partner:in and consultant:in the field of science continue to expand and the UHH is represented in direct contact with other universities, service, implementation and network partners:in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg,

Higher education (Bachelor or equivalent) of (economic) informatics, public management, business management or a comparable field of study or equivalent skills, experiences and qualifications In the case of the latter conditions, the examination of the equivalent skills, experiences and qualifications is carried out with the attitude.
