Own-responsibility of technical operations and management of a commercial real estate portfolio Control and monitoring of external service providers in technical building operation Conducting regular object visits including technical evaluation and reporting Creation, planning and control of technical budgets and responsibility for their compliance Control of rehabilitation -, maintenance and repair measures Monitoring of recurring tests and maintenance according to legal requirements and guidelines Implementation and follow-up of warranty management Ensuring efficient maintenance processes and methods Support for commercial object management in technical issues

Successfully completed commercial or technical training in Property Management, real estate businessman/wife Advantage: Continuing training to the technician/master or studying in the real estate sector, architecture, civil engineering or facility management Finded professional experience in technical property management or in the real estate industry Self-employed, structured working and strong team awareness Good knowledge of MS Office applications (excel) German knowledge (min. C1)
