Specialist in occupational safety Advising executives on occupational, health and accident protection, carrying out visits, safety walks and risk assessments as well as controlling the use of PSA

Identification, assessment and documentation of accident hazards and health risks (Quentic), derivation of protective measures and independent management of occupational safety projects

Preparation and monitoring of ASA meetings, safety instructions, operating instructions, psychological stress surveys, and maintenance and evaluation of directories, commissioning management and Quentic data

ESD officer Responsibility for the practical implementation of ESD protection according to relevant standards, including lists of ESD measures, resources and materials, and type/EPA releases

Planning, monitoring and documentation of ESD measurements, personal checks and EPA visits as well as implementation and follow-up of audit and visits

Qualification and training of employees, advice on all ESD issues, coordination with area managers and participation in cross-departmental ESD networks and audits

Laser protection officer Advising the management of laser protection in the procurement, commissioning and operation of laser devices, as well as establishing technical, organisational and personal protective measures

Conducting instruction, regular testing of laser protection devices, marking and demarcation of laser areas, and monitoring the use of laser protection devices

Reporting and investigating deficiencies, disturbances and laser accidents in cooperation with professionals for occupational safety and occupational medicine, as well as maintenance of light source catasters and list of laser protection agents

Your profile: Complete technical training with master/technique further education or engineering studies (preferably electrical engineering/electronics) and at least two years of professional experience in the industrial/producing environment

Continuing training on occupational safety (Sifa 3.0) as well as qualification as ESD coordinator and laser protection officer

Industry-related qualification in occupational safety (ideal via BG ETEM) and sound knowledge in work, health and environmental protection

safe handling of risk assessments, operating instructions, accident analyses, measures management and project management in technical/organizational protection measures; Experience with management systems (e.g. Quentic) of advantage

Very good understanding of relevant laws, standards and regulations (including ArbSchG, SGB VII, DGUV, BImSchG/BImSchV, GefStoffV incl. TRGS/TRBA/TRBS, AMR, DIN EN 61340-5-1, laser safety regulations)

Structured, analytical mode of operation with safe use of problem-solving methods (5-Why, Ishikawa, FTA, FMEA, 8D) and capability for sustainable cause analysis and solution development
